What to expect

This is a small operation, not a support desk. Takedown and legal notices are handled first, generally within 48 hours. Everything else is answered when there is time — usually within a few days.

There is no live chat, no phone line, and no ticket system. Email is the only channel.

Before you write

For a dead video, check another part of the same listing first: hosts occasionally drop one segment while the rest stay up. For a takedown, use the checklist on the DMCA page — notices missing the required details cannot be processed.
